We are a family business, established in New Eltham south east London in 1963, now moved locally to Sidcup specialising in heating replacement parts and controls for heating appliances and central heating systems, plus now the new and exciting renewable energy market. We hold around 18000 spares, controls, Tools and consumables. That means we have the experience and personal service ethos to care about giving you flexibility of service you just can’t obtain from a large faceless corporation

Obtain your spare by:

• Collection from our trade counter (8.15am - 5pm mon-fri. 9-12 sat during the heating season normally october - april)
• Local same day delivery by cab or bike
• Next day national delivery

We are long term members of the Federation of Heating Spares Stockist's

a mutual buying group which links independent heating spares companies nationwide, allowing you access to a huge range and quantity of stock for next-day delivery. our MD previously ran a successful term as its chairman.

For account customers this means you can collect spares from another member nationwide using your account, just let us know where and when, we can have an order there before you arrive!

We have a high level of expertise within our company, with a combined sales experience of over half a century.

The majority of our sales staff have been qualified time served heating engineers, so you can be confident they are able to give you expert advice.

If your customer is unfortunate enough to suffer a heating breakdown, you know they want it fixed fast, we can get any item in our stores delivered to you within 24 hours nationwide. If you need a more unusual part, It can be obtained firstly from the appliance manufacturer or if there is no stock via one of our colleagues in the Federation.
